Washington, D.C., which later became the Capital Hilton Hotel. Exterior views
show the entrance and facade of the building. Interior views show the lobby;
dining room; cafeteria; conference room; nightclub; kitchen; employees'
cafeteria; and hotel bedrooms and bathrooms. Also includes views of the
reception hall, outside a ballroom, decorated with patriotic ornamentation in
plaster. Also includes details of hotel rooms such as combination lamp and
telephone units, built-in radios, medicine cabinets, and window drapery.
