Summary: Includes exterior and interior views of the Avon Products office and laboratory in Morton Grove (Ill.). Exterior views show a facility comprising a two-story office wing with mostly glass walls, a manufacturing plant with strip windows, and a long, shed-type warehouse. The office building features a T-shaped canopy over the main entrance. Other views include the complex at night, with the building lit from the exterior. Interior views include the glass-walled main lobby, with receptionist, view to the outdoors, and product-exhibit case; stairway and escalator to second floor; and second-floor office corridor with lounge chairs along a wood-paneled wall. Interiors also show a small auditorium with luminous ceiling, a glass-walled lunchroom, and workers in an open-plan production laboratory that has an exposed steel structure. Other interiors show workers at large tanks or engaged in assembly- line activities. One exterior view of a mid-rise apartment complex does not seem to be related to the Avon complex.
