Description of the Collection

 Summary: Relating to John Ragland, his family and his career aiding blacks

economically and socially in Ohio and Chicago and in the U.S. Army during

WWII, and the South Central Association (Chicago) from 1917-1970s. Also

includes materials relating to his son, Albert Ragland while serving as

executive director of the Chicago Conference on Religion and Race,

1971-1974?.
